  • Cordination

All with the focus on injury prevention.​

This is for all levels of athletes and is not sport specific. Teen does not need to actively be participating in a sport to participate in this program.

                              for all 10 weeks (20 sessions)

                              and includes instruction  

                              each session by CFL1 and NASM certified trainers, a t-shirt, and water and snack each session.
